BULLOCK, Patsy D. age 75 of Lebanon passed away on Monday, July 9, 2018, at the Atrium Medical Center. She was born in Hyden, Kentucky on January 23, 1943, the daughter of Homer and Edna (McIntosh) Barger. On May 25, 1961, in Hamilton she married Michael C. Bullock. Mrs. Bullock was a member of the Urban Crest Baptist Church in Lebanon.

Survivors include her husband, Michael; two children, Michael (Darlys) Bullock, and Tammy (Tom) Shannon Jr.; 5 grandchildren, Brian (Tina) Bullock, Cecelia Shannon, Amanda (Tim) Sprague, Tom Shannon III, and Carolyn Shannon; 6 great-grandchildren, Weylin Bullock, Katherine Sprague, Kristiana Bullock, Alex Sprague, Brandon Bullock, and Abigail Sprague; a brother, Darrel Barger; a sister, Janice Rommel.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00AM Saturday in the Zettler Funeral Home, 2646 Pleasant Ave. with Pastor Howard Pauly officiating followed by burial in Greenwood Cemetery.
