AGEE, Paul R., age 88, of Hamilton, died Wednesday October 29, 2008 in University Hospital Cincinnati, Ohio. He was born in Hamilton, Ohio on November 20, 1919 the son of Jones and Grace (Barker) Agee and served in the US Army during WWII. Mr. Agee was owner and operator of the Dixie Barber Shop, for thirty-seven years, retiring in 1998.

Survivors include five sisters, Rose Marcum, Grace Edwards, Mrs. Margaret (Donald) Lewis, Marjorie Kuwatch, and Dorothy Webb; longtime companion, Mary Thompson and her son Gary; many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews; other relatives and friends.

Besides his parents, he also was preceded in death by a brother, Elmer Agee; seven sisters, Faye and Pauline Agee, Clara Warren, Ella Noe, Ethel Barnickel, Hazel Thrasher and Helen Reasch.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00am Monday in the Zettler Funeral Home, 2646 Pleasant Ave., with Dr. Keith Gebhart of the First Church of God officiating, followed by burial in Rose Hill Burial Park.
