HEINRICH, Raymond H., age 86, of Hamilton, died Monday, March 19, 2007 in Ft. Hamilton Hospital. He was born in Hamilton, OH on August 23, 1919, the son of Raymond F. and Elizabeth (Ohr) Heinrich. In 1943, in St. Peter Church, Hamilton, he married Noma Adams. Mr. Heinrich served in the US Army during WWII. He worked as a letter carrier for the US Postal Service, for thirty-three years, retiring in 1984. A member of St. Julie Billiart Parish, he also was a life member of the V.F.W. Chuck Cain Post. After retirement, he spent many summers in Canada, with his wife and friends.
Survivors include his wife, Noma; two children, Ray M. (Patty) Heinrich, of Connecticut, and Christine Carpenter (fiancée Scott Engel), of Trenton, OH; two grandchildren, Sherry Carpenter, and Raymond Mason; two great grandchildren, Niki Bolser, and Rudy Mason; two brothers, Don and Eldon Heinrich; two sisters, Ruth Hunter, and Dorothy Kuhl.
Besides his parents, he was also preceded in death by a daughter, Carol Robb.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm Thursday in the Zettler Funeral Home, 2646 Pleasant Ave., with Deacon Tom Strodtbeck officiating, followed by burial in St. Stephen Cemetery.
