PALMERTON, Raymond F. age 66 of Fairfield passed away on Friday, February 3, 2017, at Parkside Nursing and Rehab. He was born in Yonkers, New York on April 6, 1950, the son of Raymond and Barbara (Bastian) Palmerton and was a 1968 graduate of Badin High School and a 1992 graduate of Miami University. In November 1975, in Newport, KY he married Charlotte Gardner. Mr. Palmerton worked as a quality control engineer for Hobart and later Hillrom Hospital Equipment.

Survivors include his wife, Charlotte; four children, Angela Gilbert, Ray W., Mike, and Jonathan Palmerton; three grandchildren, Raina Grace Palmerton, Sarah and Katelyn Gilbert; a brother, Marty Palmerton.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00AM Tuesday in the Zettler Funeral Home, 2646 Pleasant Ave. Visitation will be from 6-8:00PM Monday in the funeral home. Online register book is available at www.zettlerfuneralhome.com
