SHARON, Raymond aged 90, passed from this life August 3, 2021.  He was residing in Hamilton, Ohio at the time of his death. Friends and family are invited to a memorial service on Sunday August 15, 2021, 3:00 P.M. at the Relevant Church 2505 Highland Avenue, Carrollton, Kentucky.

Raymond was born July 25,1931 to Bertha Fuller and Sterling Sharon of Worthville, Kentucky.  He married Ellen Joyce Granger of Carrollton, Kentucky January 1, 1951.  Raymond served his country in the United States Army 101st Airborne Division in the Korean War.  Raymond had 3 children, Patricia Darlene Breeden of Madison, Indiana, Jonathan Lee Sharon of Carrollton,Kentucky, and Jeannie Carol Butler of Hamilton, Ohio.  Raymond had 8 grandchildren, Patrick Wayne Lilly, Billy Joe Lilly, Bobby Joe Lilly, Marcus Anthony Sharon, Rebecca Ellen Sharon, Jonathan Patrick Sharon, Rachel Kellie Butler, and Abigail Christina Butler.  Raymond farmed in Owen County Kentucky and served the Worthville United Pentecostal Church until his retirement.  He was preceded in death by his grandson Billy Joe Lilly and his wife Ellen Joyce Sharon.
