GOETTSCHE, Reinhard H. age 85 of Fairfield died Monday, July 16, 2012 at Hospice of Hamilton. He was born in Brokdorf, Germany, on October 6, 1926, the son of Herman and Helene (Amling) Goettsche. On November 11, 1954, in St. Paul Church he married Marga J. Wendt. Mr. Goettsche worked as a machinist for Hamilton Tool Co. for 32 years. He was a member of The Liberty Home Association Deutscher Hausverein and the Edelweiss Sports Club.

Survivors include his wife Marga; a sister, Hilda Kraft of Germany; sister-in-law, June Wendt; nieces and nephews, Becky (Rocky) Crawford, Barb (Roy) Payne, Helga Langmaack, Gisela Gummerlich, Jack and Melinda Rice, Heinz Goettsche, and Annelie Haffermalz; a great niece, Finley Payne; a great nephew, Caden Crawford.

He was preceded in death by a brother Rudy (Waltraut) Goettsche.
Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 am Friday in the Zettler Funeral Home, 2646 Pleasant Ave. with Pastor Andrew Olinger officiating, followed by burial in Rose Hill Burial Park.
