Passed away on Friday, October 28 ^th , 2022, at Bethesda North Hospital, surrounded by family and lots of love. He was preceded in death by his father, Richard F. Snyder; Mother, Oma Snyder; wife, Georgette Snyder; grandson Michael Snyder; sisters, Mary Ann Davis and Carol Snyder. He is survived by his daughters Teresa Garrard, April (Brian) Sperry, and Ricki Snyder, and stepchildren Jessica (Tony) Owens and Christopher (Megan) Davis. Grandchildren Freddy (Chelsie) Sperry, Matthew Sperry, Breanna Carter, Brandon Sperry, Sierra Garrard, Connor Owens, Jude Owens, and Sadie Owens, and great-grandchildren Seamus Snyder, Alice, Asher, and Anne Sperry.

Rick was born in Hamilton, Ohio, the middle child of 6 children. He has a close relationship with his younger sister, Dee Dee, and Uncle Tom Agee. He has worked for Schnieder Electric for the past 46 years. He had a passion for Christ and enjoyed listening to his gospel every day and going to church on Sunday. He was also a family man, spending every opportunity he had with his daughters April and Ricki and grandchildren. He enjoyed traveling, and his favorite place was Gatlinburg and fine dining. He also had a passion for cars, old hot rods, and going to car shows. Rick never met a stranger; he enjoyed talking with people and helping whenever he could.  He has a smile on his face. He was a great father, grandfather, brother, and friend. He always brought out the best in other people. His laughter, love, and presence will always be carried with those he left behind. He was a man full of love that is greatly loved by his family and will be missed immensely.

A Funeral will be held 12:00PM, Wednesday, November 2, 2022 at Oxford Baptist Church, 4111 Trenton Oxford Road,Oxford, Ohio 45056-0768. A visitation will be held, Wednesday, from 11:00AM until the time of the service at 12:00PM.
