Richard Michael "Mike" Dreyer, age 69, of Hamilton, Ohio passed away peacefully on Sunday July 28, 2024 after a sudden, tragic illness. He was born August 24,1954 to Frederick and Helen (Wargo) Dreyer in Steubenville, Ohio and resided in Eldersville, Pennsylvania. Mike graduated from Penn State University with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. He worked for Babcock & Wilcox, moving to Combustion Engineering/General Electric as a Technical Services Consultant in the power production industry for 37½ years. He traveled extensively throughout the United States and Canada making many friends along the way. He married Lisa A. Young on May 23, 1987.

He is survived by his beloved wife Lisa, sister Katheryn H. & (Al) Gundrum of Colliers, WV. Brother Frederick P. & (Kathleen) Dreyer of Mobile, AL. Five nieces & nephews, and his dogs Mozzie and Avery.

He is preceded in death by his parents and his nephew Brandon D. Dreyer. Mike had a love for life, new adventures, great food, music, concerts, plays, fun times, big bonfires and the water most of all. He retired to the boating life with his wife Lisa on Lake Cumberland with Conley Bottom being his favorite place and making many lifelong friends. Mike will be greatly missed.
