KING, Richard T. age 84 of Hamilton died Sunday, January 27, 2013 at Hospice of Hamilton. He was born in Hamilton, Ohio on May 24, 1928 the son of Roy and Hilda (Glindmeier) King. He served in the US Army Aircorp from 1946-1949. On January 27, 1951, in St. Ann Church he married Mary C. Tegge. Richard retired from Armco in 1975 after twenty-five years of service. He was a member of St. Ann Church, K of C # 968, Monkey Mutual Aid Society and The Hamilton Boat Club.
Survivors include his wife Mary; three children, Peggy (Bill) Bowling and their children, Kyle (Shannon), Laura, and Sarah Bowling; Barbara (Larry) Weaver and their children, Matt (Dawn) Weaver, Emily (Nick) Donner, and Stacia (Chris) White; Daniel (Marilyn) King and their son, Aaron (Corrine) King; ten great-grandchildren; a sister, Lois (Tom) Simms.
He was preceded in death by a grandson, Justin King; a sister, Mary Brodwolf; two brothers, William and Leroy King.
Prayers will be offered at 9:30 am Thursday in the Zettler Funeral Home, 2646 Pleasant Ave. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 am Thursday in St. Ann Church with Fr. Larry Tharp celebrant. Burial will be in St. Mary Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5-7:00 pm Wednesday in the funeral home. Online register book available at www.zettlerfuneralhome.com
