Richard Lee Richmond Sr. age 85 of Hamilton, Ohio passed away Tuesday August 27, 2024 at his home. He was born in Hamilton, Ohio on March 23, 1939 the son of Harry and Helen (Wilson) Richmond. He was preceded in death by his wife Linda (Hampton) Richmond in 2014. Richard had been a member of the Truth Tabernacle Church for many years.

Mr. Richmond retired from ARMCO Steel as a door service repairman, after 30 years of service. He enjoyed drag racing and worked on his own cars with his son.

Survivors include his son, Richard L. (Eugenia) Richmond Jr.; grandchildren, Cody (Samatha) Richmond, Amber (Justin) Schum and Courtney Richmond; 6 great grandchildren, Cade, Connor, Chloe, Parker, Nolan and Rowan; a brother, Gary (Paula) Richmond; nieces, Shawn and Nicole Richmond.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00am Tuesday September 3, 2024 in the Zettler Funeral Home, 2646 Pleasant Ave. with Pastor Dan N. Hildlebaugh officiating, followed by burial in St. Stephen Cemetery. Visitation will Monday September 2, 2024 from 6:00pm-8:00pm in the funeral home.
