Von Stein, Richard C. age 70 of Hamilton, Ohio passed away surrounded by his family on Tuesday October 26, 2021 at his home. He was born on February 27, 1951 the son of Robert and Mary C. (Schroer) Von Stein and was a 1969 graduate of Garfield High School. He married Kenda Ramsey in 1973 and she preceded him in death in 1989. On September 14, 1999 in Las Vegas Nevada he married Lois (Lammert) Lednik.

Dick had worked as an electrician through the IBEW Local 648. He also had been owner/operator of Von Steins Place from 1977- 1990. He was a member of the Monkey Mutual Aid Society, American Legion Post # 138, Loyal Order of the Moose # 36 and VFW # 1069.

Survivors include his wife, Lois; two children, Allison M. (Johnny) Sword, and Matthew R. (Nikki) Von Stein all of Hamilton; Step children, Bryon (Lynn) Lednik, Shawn Benson, and Bradley Lednik (Mandy Carroll); grandchildren,Whitney Benson (Linda), Stephanie Benson, Mackenzie (Logan) Feltner, Tyler Sword (Jen), Trace Sword (Jacey), Kendal Sword, Kason Sword, Jakob Lednik, Brittany Schroeder (Will), Tyler Payne, Logan Imhoff, Brady Imhoff, Finley Von Stein, Austin Webb (Caity); Ten great grandchildren; siblings, Kim Ralston, Judy Oda (Wayne Stroud, Bobby (Donna) Von Stein, Mark (Mataia) Von Stein, Neal (Suzanne) Von Stein; Sister-in-law, Lynda Von Stein.

He was preceded in death by his first wife Kenda;, his parents; a sister, Carla Von Stein; a brother Doug Von Stein and two brothers-in-law, Mike Ralston and Harold Oda.

Funeral Services will be private at the convenience of the family.
