BIRGEL, Robert L. age 74 of Fairfield, Ohio passed away Friday March 3, 2023 at the Buckeye Forest of Fairfield. He was born in Hamilton, Ohio on February 17, 1949 the son of William and Dorothy (Miracle) Birgel. Robert was a veteran serving in the US Airforce. He was a retired Maintenance worker at the Fairfield Water Works.

Survivors include five children, Jason, Luke, Noah, Kevin and Brianne Birgel; nine grandchildren; a brother, Mike Birgel.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Kathleen Birgel in 2003.

Funeral services will be held at 12noon March 10, 2023 in the Zettler Funeral Home, 2646 Pleasant Avenue followed by burial in Rose Hill Burial Park. Visitation will be form 11:00am-12noon Friday in the funeral home.
