HYDE, Robert J. age 21 of Fairfield, died Thursday December 25, 2008 in Mercy Hospital of Fairfield. He was born in Hamilton, Ohio on June 17, 1987, and was a 2006 graduate of Fairfield High School. Robert attended the New Miami Wesleyan Church.

Survivors include his parents, Hilda and Richie Conrad; Grandmother, Joan Gosmeyer; grandfather, Arnold Conrad; the love of his life, Becca Harmon; uncles and aunts, Andrew (Terri) Gosmeyer, Edward (Joan) Gosmeyer, Mike (Linda) Gosmeyer, Cindy Stableford, Joyce Owen, Margie (Jim) Hackney, Kelly (Bill) Cavin, Dita (Larry) Donner, Barry Conrad, Marilyn (Rick) Watts, Mary (Steve) Botts, and Mark (Jan) Hyde; many other relatives and friends.

Besides his birth father, Roy Hyde, he was also preceded in death by grandfathers, Andrew Gosmeyer and Howard Hyde; grandmothers, Doris Gebhart and Lou Hyde.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00am Wednesday in the Zettler Funeral Home, 2646 Pleasant Ave., with Pastor Roger Shaw officiating, followed by burial in St. Mary Cemetery.
