PROESCHEL, Robert "Bob" Robert "Bob" Proeschel, 87, a retired farmer of Valley View Farm, Lebanon passed peacefully on Saturday, January 21 at the Hospice Center of Butler & Warren Counties. Every night as he laid next to his wife of 65 years he would ask her, "OK Honey, where are we going tomorrow?" Bob traveled all 50 states and every year visited many of Ohio's county fairs. He and Betty spent countless hours fishing and boating from the "Betty-Bob" on Indian Lake, Lake Erie, Lake Michigan, and White Lake, and golfing winters in Florida. He will be remembered as a loving husband, father, and grandfather who worked hard and played even harder. He was predeceased by his parents Otto and Jenny Proeschel of Trenton, sister Mary Catherine Mann of Hamilton, brother Paul Proeschel of Eaton, and son-in-law Kenneth Tabor of Fairfield. He is survived by his wife, Mary Elizabeth "Betty"(Scheibert) formerly of Trenton; brother David of Seven Mile; daughter Diane Proeschel-Tabor of Jacksonville, Florida; son Daniel and wife Renae (Mullins) of Lebanon; and daughter Pamela Davis and husband Steve of Springboro, grandchildren are Clint and Cole Proeschel, Kevin Tabor, and Ciarra and Steffani Davis, and several nieces, nephews, and great-grand daughter, Elliana. Funeral arrangements provided by Proeschel-Crawford-Zettler of Hamilton. Visitation begins at 10 a.m. Thursday, January 26 at St. Peter's Lutheran Church, 311 N. Miami Street in Trenton followed by funeral service at 11:30 and burial in church cemetery.
