WOODBRIDGE, Rose Ann, age 56, of Oxford, OH, died Friday Morning, July 28, 2006, as the result of an automobile accident, while responding to an emergency call, for the Hanover TWP Fire Department. She was born in Hamilton, OH on July 21, 1950, the daughter of Charles A. and Eula Mae (Burer) Ashdown, and was a 1968 graduate of Fairfield High School. On August 29, 1969, in New Port KY, she married Charles "Ray" Woodbridge. She was a volunteer EMT and Fire Fighter, for the Reily and Hanover TWP fire departments, for the past eight years. A member of Queen of Peace church, she also was a life member of the AMVETS Post # 2, Ladies Auxiliary. Rose was a loving wife, mother and grandmother and devoted her life to helping people.

Survivors include her husband, Ray; her father, Charles Ashdown, of Fairfield; three children, Lori (Kyle) Skeldon, of Hamilton, Kim (Mike) Cochran, of Hamilton, and Jennifer (Kevin) Marcum, of Liberty, Indiana; six grandchildren, Adrian and Tyler Sirn, Andy and Matthew Cochran, Brooke and Ben, Marcum and two more expected to the Skeldon and Cochran families; two brothers, Paul F. (Valerie) Ashdown, of Montana, Mark (Ginny) Ashdown, of Oxford, OH; a sister, Charlotte (Tom) Schwartz, of Fairfield.

She was preceded in death by her mother in 1987.

Prayers will be offered at 9:30AM Wednesday in the Zettler Funeral Home, 2646 Pleasant Ave., followed by Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00AM Wednesday in Queen of Peace Church, Millville. Visitation will be from 5-8:00PM Tuesday in the funeral home, with Fire Fighters services at 7:30PM.
