YAMBRICH, Scott W. of Fairfield TWP, Ohio passed away suddenly Tuesday May 2, 2023 at Mercy Hospital of Fairfield. He was born on July 3, 1962 i n Cincinnati, Ohio and was soon adopted by his parents Stephen and Sandra (Weaver) Yambrich. After graduating from Taft High School and D. Russel Lee Vocational School he took his love of cars and established many successful car dealerships at a very young age. He was an entrepreneur buying and selling properties in the Hamilton area. He began his career with Anglin Brothers Used Cars in the early 1980's and would go on to open Maple Motors and Car Connection over the subsequent decade. In the 1990's Scott turned his attention to the investment real estate business before in 2012 returning to the used car business when he opened Mt. Pleasant Motors. In 1988 Scott first met JoBeth Phalen while she worked at Star Bank. He was a frequent customer at the bank and he married JoBeth Phalen on May 26, 1990 in St. Ann Church , a marriage of 32 years. Scott loved to work hard and after a full day his other love was spending time with his group of friends that was formed in his early days of childhood. These Lifelong friendships formed In the neighborhoods of Lindenwald and Hamilton area have lasted his entire life. .
Survivors include his wife, JoBeth; son, Spencer Yambrich; Mother, Sandy Yambrich; Sister, Lisa Yambrich; Aunt, Joan (Larry) Francisco; Uncle, Greg Weaver; as well as many cousins, nieces, nephews and many close friends.
YAMBRICH, Scott W. of Fairfield TWP passed away suddenly Tuesday May 2, 2023 at Mercy Hospital of Fairfield. He was born on July 3, 1962 the son of Stephen and Sandra (Weaver) Yambrich. Scott was self employed in used cars sales and real-estate investment and was the owner/operator of Mt. Pleasant Motors.
He married JoBeth Phalen on May 26, 1990 in St. Ann Church.
Survivors include his wife, JoBeth; son, Spencer Yambrich; Mother, Sandy Yambrich; Sister, Lisa Yambrich; and many close friends.
Friends may call from 4:00-6:00pm Tuesday May 9, 2023 in the Zettler funeral Home, 2646 Pleasant Ave. with a memorial service beginning at 6:00pm. A celebration of Life will follow at The Avenue Tavern, 4041 Pleasant Ave. Hamilton, OH 45015. Memorials are suggested to St. Joseph Orphanage, 5400 Edalbert Dr. Cincinnati, OH 45239, or a charity of choice. Online register book available at www.zettlerfuneralhome.com
