LILIBRIDGE, Stanley E., age 80 of Hamilton, died Wednesday, February 18, 2009 at Golden Years Nursing Home. He was born in Brazil, Indiana on November 30, 1928 the son of Charles and Elsie (Burger) Lilibridge, and he served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War. Mr. Lilibridge worked as a Chauffer for Beckett Paper Co for forty years retiring in 1993. He enjoyed playing baseball, excelling in local men's leagues, and was an avid baseball fan. He was a member of Calvary Church.
Survivors include a sister, Margaret Lilibridge; a brother, David (Faye) Lilibridge, both of Hamilton; dear friends, Matt and Cindy Kollstedt and their children, Jackson, Jordon, and Jimmy.
Besides his parents, Stanley was also preceded in death by two sisters, Dorothy Lilibridge, Helen Lilibridge; and one brother, Arthur Lilibridge.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 pm Saturday in the Zettler Funeral Home, 2646 Pleasant Ave. with Reverend Larry Uczen officiating, followed by burial in Greenwood Cemetery.
