HAZLEBECK, Steve age 57 of Liberty Township, Ohio passed away early Sunday morning, August 21, 2016 at Hospice of Hamilton. He was born in Bangor, Maine on June 10, 1959, the son of John and Delores (Barker) Hazlebeck. On August 28, 1982, in St. Joseph Church he married Janet D. Helmers. Steve was a member of St. Maximilian Kolbe Parish.

Survivors include his wife of 34 years, Janet; three children, Michael (Leila) Hazlebeck of Norfolk, Virginia, Ben Hazlebeck of Liberty Township, Ohio, and Rachel Hazlebeck of Cincinnati, Ohio; two sisters, Claudia Coffman and Kathy Hogue.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Visitation will be from 4:00-8:00pm Wednesday at St. Maximilian Kolbe Parish, 5720 Hamilton Mason Rd. Liberty Township, Ohio 45011. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:30am Thursday at the Church. Burial will be in St. Mary Cemetery.
