SPEARS, Sue age 70 of Hamilton died Tuesday, February 01, 2011, at Hospice of Hamilton. She was born in Cincinnati, on May 10, 1940, the daughter of Frank and Louise (VanHorn) Gilmore. On November 28, 1958, in Unity Temple she married George S. Spears.
Survivors include her husband, George; a daughter Beth (Mike) Ramsey of Spring, TX; two sons, Jeffrey (Cindy) of Liberty Township, and Robert (Christine) Spears of Colerain Township; seven grandchildren, Jason and Tiffany Ramsey, Nick and Alison Spears, Caty, Jacob, and Zachary Spears; one great-grandchild, Cheyenne Ramsey; two brothers, Frank and Bill Gilmore.
She was preceded in death by her son, James S. Spears on September 6, 2001.
Funeral services will be held at 10:00 am Friday in the Zettler Funeral Home, 2646 Pleasant Ave. with Rev. Alden Studebaker officiating, followed by burial in Arlington Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be from 9:00-10:00 am Friday in the funeral home. In lieu of flowers memorials are suggested to Hospice of Hamilton. Online register book available at www.zettlerfueralhome.com
