FINAN, Timothy J. age 72 of Hamilton passed away on Tuesday, June 26, 2018, at Mercy Hospital in Fairfield. He was born in Hamilton, Ohio on May 23, 1946, the son of Bernard and Clara (Arno) Finan and was a 1965 graduate of Hamilton Catholic High School. On June 24, 1967, in Sacred Heart Church he married Janice L. Bruner. Mr. Finan worked for Alro Steel for 35 years. He was a member of St. Ann Church. Tim was an avid fisherman and gardener. He was a devoted fan of the Cincinnati Reds and the Ohio State Buckeyes.

Survivors include his wife, Jan; two children, Andy (Beth) Finan and Karen (Shane) Gregory; five grandchildren, Austin and Brenden Ray, Cameron Gregory, Nick and Maddie Finan; a brother, Ted (Connie) Finan; four sisters, Sara Dennerline, Lucille (Rusty) Rawlings, Peggy Finan, and Kathie (Jeff) Schweer; a sister-in-law, Anda Finan; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, Charlie and Bill Finan; father-in-law, Bob Bruner; two sisters-in-law, Sandy Finan and Diana Bruner.

Prayers will be offered at 9:30am Monday in the Zettler Funeral Home, 2646 Pleasant Ave. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00am Monday in St. Ann Church with Fr. Larry Tharp celebrant.
