Obituary

Vincent Anthony Cox, age 40 of Hamilton, Ohio passed away Saturday June 28, 2025 at the Home at Taylor's Pointe. He was born in Hamilton, Ohio on September 28, 1984 the son of Daniel F. and Deborah S. (Mitrione) Cox and was a 2003 graduate of Badin High School and a graduate of Miami University.

Vince's work life was with steel manufacturing, scheduling, and sales. He was employed at Matandy Steel for many years and then Kloeckner Metals. He enjoyed watching and attending all kinds of sporting events. Vince had a great circle of devoted friends that were with him till the end.

Vince was a member of St. Ann Church.

Survivors include his mother, Debbie; a brother, Chris (Rita) Cox; a sister, Annie (Joe) Webb; three nephews, Ben, Sam, and Will Webb; a niece, Cece Webb.

Besides his father, Dan, he was also preceded in death by his grandparents, Bill and Marylou Cox, Jim and Marlene Mitrione.

The family would like to express their thanks to the Doctors and Staff of Hospice of Cincinnati and The Home at Taylor's Pointe for the excellent care they provided to Vince.

Friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00am Wednesday July 2, 2025 in St. Ann Church 3000 Pleasant Ave. Hamilton, OH 45015.  The family will receive friends from 9:30am-10:00am Wednesday in the entrance to church. A private burial in St. Mary Cemetery will take place later. In lieu of flowers you can make donations to the Dan Cox Scholarship Fund c/o Badin High School or St Ann's Church.
