Virgil L. Winkler III age 42 of Cincinnati, Ohio passed away Wednesday November 25, 2025 at Mercy Hospital of Fairfield. He was born in Hamilton, Ohio on June 6, 1983 the son of Virgil L. and Janet (Schultz) Winkler II.  On September 6, 2020 in Owenton, Kentucky, he married Katrina L. Bedinghaus.

Virgil worked for 20 years in the Information Technology field.

Survivors include his wife, Katrina; his father, Virgil L. Winkler II; two sons, Noah and Zachary Winkler; two stepdaughters, Rylee and Reese Brinkman; a brother, Shawn Winkler; a sister, Amber Winkler.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Janet Winkler.

The family will receive friends from 6:00-7:00PM Tuesday December 2, 2025 in the Zettler Funeral Home, 2646 Pleasant Ave. followed by a memorial service at 7:00PM.
