SCHMIDT, Virginia M. age 90 formerly of Bethel, Ohio, currently residing at Otterbein of Lebanon, passed away on Sunday, October 04, 2015, at West Chester Hospital. She was born in Lockland, Ohio on April 25, 1925, the daughter of William and Gertrude (McKay) Miracle and was a 1943 graduate of Lockland High School. On April 27, 1946, in Kenton, Ohio she married Herman W. Schmidt Jr. and he preceded her in death on January 26, 1984. Mrs. Schmidt worked at Heaven's Cupboard and was a member of Calvary Chapel Tristate in Fairfield.

Survivors include five daughters, Jan (Robert) Runella, Ginny Lillis, Joan (Alan) Ashbrook, Julie (Brian) Abner, and Betsy (Ben) Echard; fourteen grandchildren; twenty-one great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Herman; a son, William H. Schmidt; a sister, Martha Price; two brothers, William Jr, and Larry Miracle.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 7:00PM in the Zettler Funeral Home Inc. 2646 Pleasant Ave. with Pastor Rick Schutte officiating.
