CADWALLADER, Wayne age 60 of Fairfield, Ohio died Monday, November 19, 2012, at the University Hospital in Cincinnati. He was born in Adams County, Ohio on August 25, 1952, the son of James E. Cadwallader and Clara M. (Brewer) McCarty. Wayne was owner and operator of Hair Fantasy in Fairfield.

Survivors include five sisters and two brothers, Gid E. Cadwallader, Delores Basenbock, Betty Harmon, Donna Pelfrey, Joann Moore, Mary Lou Crouch, and Benny McCarty; many beloved nieces and nephews; numerous close friends; his beloved Yorkie, Diva.

He was preceded in death by his parents; a brother, James Dean Cadwallader; a sister, Nola Mae Godfrey; life partner, Danny McClellan.
