EVANS, William O. age 75, formally of Hamilton, Ohio, passed away at his residence in Wilmington, Ohio on Saturday March 5, 2011. He was born in Cleveland, Ohio on April 24, 1935 to the late O. Clinton and Gertrude (Wagner) Evans. His family moved to Hamilton in 1946. He graduated from Hamilton High School in 1953 and Miami University, Oxford in 1957, at which time he entered a banking career of 40 years. He and Mary Helen Beeler were married in St. Stephen Church Hamilton, Ohio on February 28, 1959. Besides his loving wife he is survived by four devoted children, William Evans, Lisa Whittenburg-Lang and her husband Tom, Michael Evans and his wife Michelle, and Jennifer Endsley. Of special pride and joy to him are his eight grandchildren, Melissa McCombs and her husband James, Nick, Alex, and Stephen Whittenburg, Tony and Drew Evans, and Beth and Anna Endsley. Funeral services will be private at the convenience at Zettler funeral home followed by entombment at St. Stephen Mausoleum.
