MICK, William E. age 80 of Hamilton, passed away Saturday, January 20, 2018 at Hospice of Hamilton. He was born in Hamilton, Ohio on August 21, 1937 the son of Edward C. and Adalinda (Wegman) Mick. On April 25, 1959, in Youngstown, Ohio he married Concetta Artista and she preceded him in death on November 9, 2016. Bill was a veteran serving in the United States Air Force. He was a member of St. Peter in Chains Catholic Church where he was a Eucharistic Minister for the church and the homebound, a lector and member of the church choir. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus serving as past Grand Knight and past District Deputy. Bill was a firefighter for the City of Hamilton for twenty-seven years, retiring in 1988.

Survivors include, five children, Linda (Steve) Timmer, Diane (Steve) Roosa, David (Pam) Mick, Steven (Kris) Mick, and Karen (Tom) Nunn; ten grandchildren, Ashley (Tom) Eckels, Scott Timmer, Nicholas and Leslie Roosa, Jacob Mick, Ryan and Tara Mick, Corey, Casey, and Cameron Nunn; a sister, Clara (Jim) Noll.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Eileen Koehs.

Friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00AM Wednesday January 24, 2018 at St. Peter in Chains Catholic Church Liberty and Ridgelawn Aves. Hamilton, Ohio. Visitation will be from 8:30-10:00AM Wednesday January 24, 2018 at the church. Burial will be in Butler County Memorial Park.
