At Zettler Funeral Home & Cremation Service, we understand that cremation is a meaningful choice for many families. We are committed to providing personalized cremation services that honor the unique life and legacy of each loved one. Our compassionate staff is here to support families every step of the way and help create a meaningful and personalized tribute to their loved one.
Traditional Funeral Service Followed by Cremation
Many families find meaning and beauty in a traditional funeral service. With a traditional service combined with cremation, you can still choose to have a final viewing, visitation or wake, and a funeral service. However instead of in-ground burial, the funeral will be followed by cremation. Depending on your wishes, the cremated remains may be either returned to your family for storage in an urn, scattered, or interred in a columbarium. This option will include fees for the funeral services as well as the fees associated with the cremation itself.
Memorial Service
The memorial service can be held in our chapel, a church, or any other venue the family chooses. We work with our families to design a service that honors their loved one with stories, music, or scripture. We also have life celebrants that lead services where clergy may not be chosen. Our celebrants are trained in creating experiences that help start the healing process.
Graveside Service
Graveside services following cremation offer a meaningful way to honor your loved one with a final act of remembrance. This intimate gathering at the burial site of the urn provides a quiet moment for family and friends to reflect, share memories, and say goodbye in a peaceful setting. Whether simple or ceremonial, it’s a heartfelt way to bring closure and lay your loved one to rest with dignity.
Cremation Packages
The following is a list of choices which represent the cost of our services. They may or may not include the casket or container required for visitation or viewing, burial, entombment or cremation.
You are in no way limited to these service options. You may itemize services in order to select only those which are right for you.
Direct Cremation Service - $1330
No rites or services.
Included: Local death call, transportation to local crematory, minimum services of funeral director and staff, , minimum preparation of the body, alternate container for cremation (no rites or services). Direct cremation can be arranged for in an unfinished wood box or an alternate container made of cardboard or other composite material. There is an additional charge for any other casket selected for use in place of the minimum container, listed above.
*Note: All cremation/funeral service packages listed above are based on a 3 1/2 % discount given for cash payment , covering the cost of the package selected, prior to or the day services are rendered. All cremation package offerings are subject to change without notice.
Total Cremation Package Without Services - $1700
Included: direct cremation service, crematory charge and a choice of a metal or wooden urn.
Cremation / One Day Traditional Service - $3540
Included: Services of funeral director and other staff services, embalming, other preparation of the body(cosmetics, restoration (within our ability), shaving, hairdressing ect.), use of facilities for visitation 1 hour prior to service, use of facilities and equipment for the funeral service in our funeral home , transfer of remains to our funeral home(local), register book, memorial folders or holy cards, acknowledgement cards.
Cremation / One Day Traditional Service with Rental Casket - $4235
Traditional one day service followed by creamtion and the use of a solid poplarrr rental casket
Included: Services of funeral director and other staff services, embalming, other preparation of the body(cosmetics, restoration (within our ability), shaving, hairdressing ect.), use of facilities for visitation 1 hour prior to service, use of facilities and equipment for the funeral service in our funeral home or an alternate location, transfer of remains to our funeral home(local), hearse as needed, register book, memorial folders or holy cards, acknowledgement cards.
Cremation / Memorial Service - $2200
Direct cremation followed by one hour to receive friends and a memorial service in our funeral home.
Memorial folder / holy cards and register book.
Included: Local death call, transportation to local crematory, minimum services of funeral director and staff, , minimum preparation of the body, alternate container for cremation(no rites or services). Direct cremation can be arranged for in an unfinished wood box or an alternate container made of cardboard or other composite material. There is an additional charge for any other casket selected for use in place of the minimum container, listed above.
One hour period for friends to call on the family, followed by a memorial serivcec in our funeral home, with or without the cremains present.
*Note: Guets register book, memorial folder or holy cards, and acknowledgement cards can be added to this package if desired.
Cremation / Traditional Two Day Funeral Service - $3725
Traditional two day service followed by cremation.
Included: Services of funeral director and other staff services, embalming, other preparation of the body(cosmetics, restoration (within our ability), shaving, hairdressing ect.), use of facilities for visitation 2-3 hours, use of facilities and equipment for the funeral service in our funeral home, transfer of remains to our funeral home(local), hearse as needed, register book, memorial folders or holy cards, acknowledgement cards.
Our poplar rental casket may be added to this package or one of two otther lesser cost cremation caskeets that are available.
Cremation / Traditional Two Day Funeral Service with Rental Casket - $4420
Traditional two day service followed by creemation and the use of a solid poplar rental casket.
If service is at 2 locations add $300 for hearse transportation
Included: Use of a solid poplar rental casket and a cremation tray used to transport the body to the crematory.
Permanent Memorialization
Keeping an Urn at Home
This is a common choice and families can select the perfect urn for their loved one.
Placing the Urn in a Columbarium
Many families find comfort in having a final resting place that they can visit.
Burying the Urn
Similar to a casket, the in-ground burial of the urn allows for a final resting place.
Scattering the Cremated Remains
Some families find comfort scattering the cremated remains in a place that was special to their loved one.
