James was the founder and chairman of Zettler Funeral Homes Inc.. He and his wife Marian have been very active in the operation of the Zettler Funeral Home over the past sixty years. Marian preceded James in death on April 2, 2011. James was a licensed funeral director and embalmer in the state of Ohio for over 72 years. James passed away on January 7, 2019 at the age of 95 years old.

Tom has worked at the funeral home for forty-eight years, has been a licensed funeral director for forty-one years, managing director at Zettler Funeral Homes for the past thirty-seven years and currently is President and owner of Zettler Funeral Home Inc.. Tom graduated from Hamilton High School in 2006 and University of Cincinnati in 2012 receiving a Bachelors degree in criminal justice. He is a driver for the United Parcel Service. Tom helps with first calls on a part time basis.
