James & Marian Zettler

James was the founder and chairman of Zettler Funeral Homes Inc.. He and his wife Marian had been very active in the operation of the Zettler Funeral Home over the past sixty years. Marian preceded James in death on April 2, 2011. James was a licensed funeral director and embalmer in the state of Ohio for over 72 years. James passed away on January 7, 2019 at the age of 95 years old.

Tom has worked at the funeral home for fifty-one years, has been a licensed funeral director for forty-four years, managing director at Zettler Funeral Homes for the past forty years and currently is President and owner of Zettler Funeral Home Inc.. Hannah West
Funeral Directing Apprentice
Hannah joined the Zettler Team in November of 2025 and began her official apprenticeship under Thomas Zettler in April 2026. Hannah became interested in the funeral industry in high school. She graduated from Miami University in 2024 with a Bachelor's in Psychology, which she utilizes frequently for assisting families through grief counseling. She enjoys helping others and giving back to her community, and believes that taking care of families during what is undeniably one of the most difficult times they can experience is a fulfilling way to achieve that. Hannah treats everyone with kindness and warmth, and makes sure no detail is overlooked in providing your loved one with the best care. Outside of work, Hannah enjoys drawing, going on walks, and spending time with her friends and family.

Tom graduated from Hamilton High School in 2006 and University of Cincinnati in 2012 receiving a Bachelors degree in criminal justice. He is a driver for the United Parcel Service. Tom helps with first calls on a part time basis.
